Poor posture is becoming a common health concern today. However, the issue is that most people do not consider it a ‘problem’. Once considered as a sign of ageing, poor posture now affects young men and women, as well as children.

Poor posture can be observed when:

  1. the right and left sides of the body are not evenly aligned;
  2. the head and neck stick out too far forward; or
  3. when someone is in a slouched over position.
